The majority of meat processing companies we work with use date coders, sick sensors, thermal printers and print and apply systems within their production and packaging areas. We have a high success rate in providing repairs for these on a large scale. For example we work with Tulip Ltd, a pork processing company, and have a strong working relationship with the majority of their sites. We have provided them with ad-hoc repairs and parts for all of the above equipment over numerous years and continue to do so for the foreseeable future
We have provided the bakeries we work with a variety of services, from new/refurbished date coding equipment, software support, on site assistance (ad hoc breakdown callouts) and staff training for software and thermal units. Hovis in particular have found the staff training invaluable as they have seen a great improvement in the way staff are using, cleaning and fault finding on their units and so in the long run reducing downtime and costs on parts required.
Several companies within the beverage industry have benefitted from our Service and Maintenance cover and have continued to renew their contracts year after year. Bewley’s Coffee for example continues to use us for the Maintenance cover of their Markem production printers, new printers and parts. We are proud of our Maintenance Service cover options, as each contract is bespoke and tailored to suit the clients’ specific needs.
Health & Pharma Services
Synergy Health are a great example of a customer in this sector. They provide Health and sterilisation services. We assist them with their desktop printers, Service and Maintenance and consumables (labels and ribbons). This sector normally require consumables with particular specifications as some of their products need hazard labels due to chemicals used
This sector has a high requirement for our repair service, and so they find our repair turnaround is quick due to the fact that we keep stock of spare parts. IPS/IPS Culina use Markem printers and as we have stock of genuine Markem parts (including printheads) and a repair success rate of 93% they favour our Return to Base Repair Service
Scanners and mobile computers are the most used products in this sector. Yearsley are one of Label Line UK’s first customers and we are proud to say they continue to be one of our best. We provide them with an ad hoc scanner and mobile computer repair service, as well as a maintenance contract for their desktop printers. We also provide them with new and refurbished units
This sector requires a particularly fast response/turn around time. We are able to easily adhere to this, one example of this is when Formula One called us requesting our expertise regarding a software issue and we were able to quickly resolve this and set them up with Bartender Enterprise Automation.
