We also give an option of staff training as we believe this gives you a distinct advantage to the smooth running of your labelling departments. This process will allow you to gain a greater control and knowledge of your system being able to rely on the provided training to assist with your printer management.
Normally up to six employees are allowed to be part of this training session carried out by a specialized engineer. You will be assigned a date and time for training and services to be completed, aiming not to disrupt production any more than necessary.

If you prefer to use a repair service, with our team of engineers and technical experts that are based at Head Office, we can offer a fast and efficient service to ensure your repairs are completed within our standard turnaround time.

Step 3: Upon receipt of authorisation to proceed, your machinery is repaired and return to you as soon as possible.
Our repair services are charged per hour and most repairs are carried out within 2 to 3 hours. In comparison to other repair services you can save up to 40%.
A return to base contract can be arranged if you prefer.
