Service and Maintenance

Our preventive Maintenance Packages are unique in many ways. We build a bespoke service and maintenance contract to fit your requirements, with up to 6 scheduled preventative services per annum.
The training we include in the package makes it more useful than other contracts; you will be assigned a date and time for training and services to be completed, so it won’t disrupt production more than it should.
Up to six employees can be part of the training sessions, ensuring that there will always be multiple people ready to handle maintenance. This process will allow you to gain a greater control and knowledge of your system, being able to rely on the provided training to assist with printer management.
All training is done by an experienced professional, who can answer any questions and provide a bespoke training session based around your needs.
Whether you require a full service and maintenance contract, a breakdown callout, service agreements or even a specified number of scheduled or unscheduled visits, we will work around you to provide prompt service exactly when you need it.
